The Pro-Bio Foundation was founded in 1997 by Leo Hepner a long-time supporter and advocate of music of our time and especially chamber music. One of the principal aims of the Pro-Bio Foundation is the advancement of the study, composition and performance of contemporary music with particular reference to chamber music.
